bd9 VIP cashback is calculated based on the total loss for the week — your total losses for the week minus your total winnings gives a net loss, and your tier's rate is applied to that amount.
For example, if you are a Silver member and your net loss for the week is ৳20,000, your cashback will be: ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140. That is the maximum you can receive at the Silver tier.
At the end of the week, cashback is automatically added to your bd9 account. For Gold members the rate is 1.0% — meaning more cashback on the same net loss.
