1. Introduction and General Overview

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

bd9 supports transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and bank transfer methods.

3.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other scheduled banks).
• Deposit processing is generally automatic and instant.
• Deposited funds must come only from the member's own account — third-party payments are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 5 to 30 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal. Withdrawals are preferably made through the same method used for the deposit.
• If a withdrawal is requested before active bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus balance may be cancelled.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonus offers on bd9 have their own terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you are considered to have automatically agreed to the specific terms of that bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000; a total wager of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed before withdrawing.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies only once per account, per device and per IP address.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirements are met.
• bd9 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If abuse or manipulation of bonus terms is found, the relevant account and bonus will be cancelled.

5. Gaming and Betting Rules

Casino games, slots, sports betting and other products available on bd9 have their own game-specific rules. General betting rules are as follows:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds or payouts displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will be automatically considered void.
• If a connection is lost during play, the data saved on the server will be considered final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet is generally refunded, though specific conditions may apply.
• In sports betting, any order placed after the betting deadline will be rejected.

5.1 Prohibited Activity

The following are strictly prohibited on the bd9 platform:

• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

6. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

bd9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any clause of these Terms is violated.
• An account is opened using a false identity or false information.
• Fraudulent or manipulative activity is suspected.
• The member does not cooperate with the identity verification process.

7. Responsible Gaming

Dispute resolution process:

1. The member submits a complaint via live chat or email.
2. The bd9 support team reviews the complaint and gathers the relevant information.
3. bd9 will communicate a final decision based on technical logs and transaction records.
4. bd9's decision is final and binding on both parties.
